Tim H. Stelkens-Kobsch

Tim H. Stelkens-Kobsch received his diploma in aeronautical engineering from the University of Braunschweig in 2001, where he continued scientific activities as researcher and teaching assistant for Air Traffic Management. He has extensive experience in the fields of guidance and control, controller assistance systems, and simulation and validation. In 2010 he joined the DLR´s Institute of Flight Guidance in Braunschweig. Within the DLR he works on ATM-Simulation and Aviation-(Cyber)Security and is responsible for the Generic Cockpit Simulator (GECO). He headed several validations regarding Air Traffic Management and has high experience in management of international projects.
